Site Not Auto Refreshing
 

I hope I can explain this correctly.

I just uploaded a clean install of 3.8.2 and nothing updates once an action has been done until you refresh the page.

Here is are some examples:

I add a forum, thread, post, etc - I then go back to the main forum page it does not show up, I go to the actual forum it does not show up, I go the actual thread/post (after supplement post) and nothing shows up.

For each step above I have to refresh the page for it to show up - what have I done wrong - I have tried in both Safari and FF with the same results.
