Tags Update thread tags when canceling
 

This is a tiny change that may not be too important, but bugs people with OCD.

When you click "edit tags" on a thread, it fetches the list of current tags from the server, and inserts them into the DOM in the "edit tags" box. These tags can be different from the list of tags displayed on the thread, if someone else edits them in the interim. When inserting the current tags in the edit box, please also insert them in the normal tag display, so if you click cancel, the display is correct.
