Email notification problem after upgrade
 

I just upgraded from 3.7 to 3.8 and noticed that the URLs the email notifications sent by the site are not complete. For example:

To reset your password, please visit the following page:
/login.php?a=pwd&u=2234&i=a1469b58a6795295f870.....

Any ideas?
