php.ini is being ignored.
 

I've changed

I've restarted the apache2 server [/etc/init.d/apache2 restart], and when I'm going to the 'Maintenance'->View phpinfo(); I see

Directive | Local Value | Master Value

upload_max_filesize 2M 2M

I've changed the file on /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini [since 'Loaded Configuration File' points at this one], and still, upload_max_filesize is set to 2M.


How can I change this? it is related anyhow to vBulletin Options? if so, what do I need to change?
