Some users in the forum I frequent reported an issue about slow connections: they want not to disable any [img] tag, but they want also to prevent from coming into a "heavy topic", where the pictures totally kill their tiny bandwidth.

So, how to bypass this problem? I think would be cool an easy script who calculate the topic size (and the post size or page size, too) and show to every user: in this way any user can understand how heavy is the topic content without necessarily entering into it.
