stoping statistics - problem with subdomain

english is not my first language

we were using our subdomain www.forum.iransalamat.com. we planed to do some changes on it ..such as updating to 3.8.2 .but bc of some problems the one who does it create new folder www.iransalamat.com/forum and installed all things
there. with this folder there are no problem and all changes are seen.

but our problem is our statistics not only stopped but also it is going to decrease. what is the problem? can you help us? at now the two address is working
