Private Messages Reporting button is not consistent
 

This happened to me lately: we had an user harrassing other members through PM's. I was under the impression that a report PM wasn't available yet in our live board 3.8, so I explained to my members that reporting PM's would be a future function.

However, suddenly I got reported PM's in our Staf Zone. I thought... 'how's that possible'? I went to my own PM box and didn't see any Report PM button. I went to an user test account and again I didn't see any Report PM button...:confused:

I went searching in the ACP about a setting for this. Couldn't find it either. Strange. Then I seached these support forums and found this thread.

Aha! The icon is in the upperright corner... did I even look there? So I went back to the accounts mentioned above and indeed... there it was:

All this time I was looking for the PM Report button there where it should be: the place where you are familar with it: in the bottomleft corner of a posting (in this case a PM), where it has always been:

Maybe I overlook the reason for this, but what is the point of suddenly having this button be placed elsewhere? I feel it's not consistent with the forum and therefor harder to find and use...
