Question: Where can I post for technical support/feedback?
 

Hello there!

This may sound like a stupid question, given the multiple boards specific to forum support. However, you need to be a licensed customer to post on those wonderful boards, and I am not one.

I have a question about a particular feature (the delete account option, for anyone interested) that no longer exists on a forum that I am a member of, and was hoping to get some answers about it, and then pass it along to the admins (as far as I know, they haven't researched anything about the feature and why it's no longer available). (Wow that's a lengthy sentence...)

So I'm wondering where I can post my questions and comments about a feature, and still receive information from the vBulletin staff?
