Trying to create one-on-one conversation with OP and users
 

I want users to feel like they are the only one talking to the OP.

Non-OP will only be able to read their own post and the OP direct reply to their message.

the idea being to not have the users influencing each other, I know it defeat the forum concept but I am trying to use vbulletin to create mini-private chat rooms, where OP can manage topics and hopefully get a bunch of conversation helping him without flame and forum horrors.

I need:
- allow OP to create new thread (nothing special here)
- allow OP to read and reply on their thread (nothing special here)
- allow non-OP to post in threads (nothing special here)
!!! restrict non-OP to only read their own posts and OP replies to their posts.

Ideally I'd like to thread the conversation by users, so the OP could follow easily the conversation with each users

Is it something vbulletin or an add-on can do for me :) ?

Question here from OP
Reply from user 1
reply from OP to user 1
reply from user 1 to OP
...
Reply from user 2
reply from OP to user 2
reply from user 2 to OP
...
