Forum Timezone preference stopped working
 

I'm still looking into what might have changed since the weekend on our site, however recently the time zone preference for users is being ignored. Everyone, regardless of their preference setting, is getting Eastern Time (the forum default) displayed for all forum posts.

Any ideas of what the culprit may be to cause this kind of behavior?
