Forum User CP Issue
 

Hi,

Not sure what I've done but when I press my "settings" button it comes up like this - http://gyazo.com/2e0924de49b49d59ae4e7919fb8c26fd. It shows an old notice and says the forums are closed at the top.

I also notice the url is ends in com/usercp.php and im sure it should be com/forums/usercp.php

Any ideas?
