Forum Missing WYSIWYG Editor buttons for some users...
 

I've seen this error a few times here but none of the solutions resolved my issue.

We JUST installed VB4.2
Love it.
But...
When posting a reply or a new thread, I have no buttons for bold, italics, justification, links, etc. I've tried in both Chrome and Firefox and nothing.

Our IT guru was going to look at the issue but he CAN see the buttons when he's logged into our forums on Chrome and Firefox. Our members can't see the buttons either FYI.

Admin CP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings > None
Admin CP > Settings > Options > Message Posting Interface Options>Enable Standard and WYSIWYG Controls

All plugins are disabled.

It just seems weird that some see it and some don't. Any ideas here?
