Forum Do not display Visitor Messaging tab to members not logged in?
 

I see on here that the Visitor Messaging tab for profiles does not get displayed when you view a profile when not logged in (regardless of Profile Privacy setting). How can I do this for my forum? Currently I would need to set Profile Privacy - Visitor Messaging to Registered Members to achieve this, but I would like this to apply globally to all profiles.
