how to patch exploit
 

is there any currently working exploit out there as a threat to VB forums old version like 3.7 or 3.8.0 or 3.8.1 ..and if so, then how to patch them ..or maybe how do you always prevent forum to get attacked by exploits ..can someone please help with this.. thanks in advance
