Need some help please
 

I'm interesting in starting my own political debate forum with vBulletin, but I don't know where to begin. There's a forum called debatepolitics.com that uses vBulletin 4.2.0. I'd like to have my own version of it, but I'm stuck on all of the terminology. Is it very expensive/difficult to own your own forum? :confused::D
