Forum Restoring vBulletin 4.2.0
 

Hello

I deleted my forum due to Technical Problems, and I did a Full BACKUP .homedir and all the databases. when I tried restoring I got a 403 Error, my Host fixed that and It suddenly redirects to /install/install.php when My forum was all complete with Plugins & everything ready to go

How do I resolve this?
