Forum Database Error
 

Over the last two to three days we've started to recieve this error every single time anyone posts. The post still goes up, but the error is getting annoying. Not sure what's causing it as we havent changed anything and upgraded to 4.2.0 Patch level 2 when first released.

Error on page for user looks like this :

1. Database Error

They can then click okay and it goes away. Their post is there but doesnt show until they hit refresh, they can click the quick reply post again but it will say duplicate post.

The email I get on the error looks like this:
