User profile tabs missing for guests
 

I just noticed that when I view a users profile as admin that I see Visitor Messages, About Me, Statistics and Friends, but when a guest views a user profile he only sees the visitor messages but all the other tabs are missing. What can I do to make it for guests the same as for me? I can't find it in the usergroup manager.
