Forum My forum crash and i think need to re-install
 

Hi

I thought of re-installing my vbulletin in my next new server provider.


Currently my forum is in bad shape. Till now i cannot understand what happen as well.


It all started off when my admin password suddenly went incorrect? (I did not change)
Then i proceed to use lost password to retrieve my password. However it does not work and forum keep stating that i have tried more than 3 times incorrect password and thus my account is locked for 15 mins?


Guess what? The next day the forum cannot no longer be accessed.

Throughout the whole process i did not access my cpanel or anything. Thus i do not have even any idea on how to fix this issue. I even suspect that someone hacked it down

Anyway if i wish to install clean to my next server but wish to retain the old database such as accounts name, threads, posts, etc.


Is that possible?
