Forum Quick Reply & Go Advanced Not working right
 

I search the forum but did not find any post so I will ask here.

A few of my members have trouble seeing the edit bar on the quick reply and go advanced settings.

This is what I see.

Does anyone know the reason why this would be happening and how to fix problem?
