Forum Modifying "Color" button on Edit Posts
 

I sat and stared at this toolbar for a solid 15 seconds, and was utterly clueless as to where the "COLOR" option was for the font.

"A" with a dropdown arrow equals "Color" ?

Totally unrecognizable. Usually its a square with a color in it.

Or something like this, which Word does:

Is there a way to change this unclear icon and put one in that is far more logical?
