Forum All Members Showing the Same IP
 

I have seen this posted in other areas, but none of the suggestions are working.

I recently moved to a cloud server and my hosting company has ignored me for about 12 hours now.

All of our users (who's online) are showing the same IP address.

I added this to my config.php file...

$config['Misc']['proxyipheader'] = 'HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR';
$config['Misc']['proxyiplist'] = '127.0.0.1, my cloud IP';

No help.

I am currently having to truncate the strikes table a few times each hour to allow members to login.

Anything else I can try?
