Forum Ghost File attachments in Forum Post
 

My forum people noticing a problem in 4.2.0P2 where file/photo attachments are missing but still show up as a link in the forum post. If I edit the post it shows only the one valid photo and no references to the missing ones. But on save it still shows several attachment links, with the one valid photo. I also checked the attachment database and only see the one photo, and no references to the invalid ones. The odd part is the attachments are all in sequence.

Can I somehow clean out link references from posts that have no valid attachment to it automatically, and is there something I do to fix this problem?
