Computer Chat One thing that bugs me about browser tabs and .htaccess
 

Why the heck do Firefox and Internet Explorer cause any prompts or alerts to send you straight to that tab, and not just come up with a system where it's contained in the tab itself? I never got why prompts such as those by javascript scripts and .htaccess have to apparently take over the entire browser window for no apparent reason whatsoever, and it's really annoying browing another page then the tab switching when I wanted actually view that other page and leaving the login or whatever until later.

Any add ons for Firefox which make it just treat prompts like web forms or the like?
