Resizing Images Problem
 

Hello,

I recently visited my site on a friend's computer, and i realized that my site's banner image does not look good with all monitors. My friend's monitor was much larger than mine, so the banner image did not take up nearly as much of the top of my site as it does on mine What i did was resize the image in HTML and set the image width percentage instead of just pixels as it was earlier. This worked and made the image fit well in the large monitor, but my problem is that the image is very blurry on my home computer. Is there a way i can resize my image without the blurriness? The image just dulls with the width percentage, but is practically the same xact size.
