Payoneer Master Card and vBulletin License
 

Hi,

I have Payoneer Master Card, is it acceptable? Can I buy vBulletin License using my Payoneer Master Card (Prepaid Card)? And what about version License, USD $249 to buy vBulletin 5 New License but what about vBulletin 4 License?
