Forum Problem links in signature
 

I have some symbols(%3cbr%20/%3E) in front of the link and the link does not open correctly.
How come is it and how can I get rid of this problem?
I've attached a picture below to see what occurs when someone wants to click on any link in the signature of a user forum.
