Forum Remove/Disable Profile Picture option.
 

Hello I want my forums to have no options for users to make a profile picture or watch any.
Is there anyway to completelly remove the tab where the profile picture shows? Like none can watch it and none can make a profile picture?

I really don't know how to do this, so please someone help me :)
