Forum Custom Usergroup Permissions I am working to creat a private forum for our professional organization and I have a small group of individuals that have access to it at this point for testing and feedback. However I want to start adding our general members to our users so I've created a Custom Usergroup that does not have permissions to access of view the forum. As I was testing this I noticed that when I tried to login with one of these new users that they were added to my banned users and denied access (which I wanted it to do). How can I avoid this and have these individuals just be denied access and receive a message that says access denied instead of being put into banned user area. Also is the default of the system to send an email to the individual when they get banned? Just trying to figure out if I need to send an email to this person to tell them to disregard what they received. Any info on where I can find these settings on the admin panel would be helpful. Thanks, CJ |
