Re-Signing tool Failed with Error
 

I have read these other threads before posting. They were never resolved.

I have the same issue with the error in the screen shot -

What can I do to fix this. I followed each step numerous times. I do have a private key in my Keychain Access under my "iphone distribution: Clayton Miller"

I have gone through this process over a year ago for another vbulletin site, and I didnt have this problem.

Any ideas?
