Forum Members complaining they can't upload an image
 

One of my members says he can't add an image when making a post and I don't have any problems adding images myself.

He has Windows 8 but he says he can upload to other Vbulletin4 forums just fine.

I checked his image sizes and they are well withing limits of size.

Your suggestions are welcome
