Possible upgrade from SMF
 

I currently run a web forum with SMF using the PortMX portal Mod and SMF packs shoutbox. I know that vBulletin has all of these features (or mods available). My biggest concern is mobile access. I would like mobile access that can have access to the shoutbox. Is this possible?

Also, is it possible to import my database from SMF to vBulletin so I do not lose my posts and users?
