Is There A Way To Show New Members On A External Page?
 

I'm looking for a way to show x amount of the latest new members on a custom built non-vBulletin page. Basically I'm building a custom portal as a homepage. Is there a way to do this using external.php or some other method?

I'd like to place it on http://mymodeltalk.com. There I've already used external.php to make a custom 'recent updates' portal of the most traffic forums.
