Forum Thread Instant Email Notification
 

I was hoping someone can take a look at these email settings and find something that may be causing a problem.

Quick background.

- Not all users are getting their instant notification emails when new posts are made in subscribed thread.

- I seem to get them all.

- We encourage our users to use gmail to take advantage of the filter / forwarding features to cell phones as text messages. I don't use gmail for this.

- Not all gmail accounts are getting these emails, but many are. I have personally tested this with multiple forum and gmail accounts and am not seeing the email

- they are not in the spam folders

- the members put our stmp sent email address in their contact list

- When I send emails from the admincp, the emails are received on gmail

- Tried it with hooks disables without any difference

This is kind of an important feature for our users since we use them to alert members of time sensitive information.

I'm hoping someone can look at these setting below and say, "Oh just change this to that and you're done!" I wish.
