Forum Can't upload images anymore than 100kb now?
 

Hi,

I have gone through every possible setting and I now officially need some help.

My forum 4.2 PL3 won't let me upload images that are any bigger than 100kb.
Smaller images will upload fine but anything under 99.7kb will get an error.

This bug is across the board for all usergroups too.

I have checked the message attachment settings.
I am using the file system not database (so not a MySQL prob)
I have checked the usergroup settings and permissions.
I have rebuilt all thumbnails (out of curiosity)
I have gotten my host to increase the max PHP upload size and max posting size.
I have given myself a bad headache

I've searched for 2 days now and nothing seems to be working for me. My next step is to disable all plugins and see what happens then.

I would like to know has this ever happened before? If so any advice for me please?
