No option to add Social Groups
 

I am running a fresh install of vb5 beta 23. I have not changed any permissions or settings for Groups. When I try to go to the groups page, there are no options to create/add new groups. I tried creating a new Group category in admincp, but still no option to create groups on the front end. I watched this tutorial on adding social groups, but can see that I am missing that menu that has the options to add groups. Is there something I need to change? It should be set up with default settings already.
