Forum Re-installing vB 4.2 pl 3 and use old database
 

i want to RE-INSTALL the forum software and connect it to my old database...

i have SERIOUS issues with performance...

im running at 50% on nginx technology with PHP-FPM and thats just wrong... should be a super highway - all its doing here is just not crash... on the old server it was 100+ % and a crash

im running on complete default - no addons - no new styles - nothing... the database is fine - no problems there..

every file is original and uploaded to spec - overwriting AGAIN wont make any difference at all - its been tried 10 times...

now its enough!!

i want to reinstall the forum to default and connect it to the old database but i cant fint any documentation on the exact procedure...

where do i find that ?`
