What has been proven to be the best email deliverability?
 

Hi,

We are developing our website(forum) but we are wondering
what's the best option to choose from. The vb mail system or sending
emails through smtp?

Since if you look at all the big boys like dp forums I was wondering how they
handle their email delivery.

I just don't want to end up with 30% of the people need to be activated
through me you know.

I have activated the email confirmation email but I want them to receive it.
Can someone help me here on what to best? I hope someone experienced
can give me tips too.
