Report post feature
 

In vBulletin Options -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options I have Post Reporting Email set to Email Moderators, Super Moderators, and Administrator. However the report post icon is not showing up. It will only show if I select a Post Reporting Discussion Forum.

I don't need a discussion thread for each reported post. Is this the intended function or should it work with just a Post Reporting Email being selected.
