No user can login
 

Hi,

i am very new to vbulletin and am running beta 21. A short while back all registered users were not being able to post any replies, comments, etc. i tried changing usergroup permissions and also optimised the db. Now my admin login is not working, nor are any other logins working. I keep getting the following msg

You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!Even after waiting for an hour i am getting the same msg. please help!
