Forum IPs with no usernames
 

hi,
I had a user that was banned (by manually setting his group to the banned group) reverted back to his main group without any admin intervention ... when I checked his modification history, I found that he was reverted back by a no name admin, but an ip shows there ?
What could this possibly be ?
