Forum Random bold text on forum?
 

For some reason, certain parts of the forum have completely bolded text, yet I have not bolded all of it. This has occurred in certain forums, as well as the entire who's online section of the forum, but it stays only in one forum of mine right now. Here's a screenshot of it.

Everything that is in bold there is not supposed to be in bold, as per this screenshot of another forum on my site that is working perfectly fine:

This has been working in tandem with the DBTech Shoutbox plugin I downloaded from vBulletin.org, as there were very weird glitches in the chat and posts and links being edited and changed and deleted even. I contacted the creator of said product, but he said it would be a server security breach.

What should I do to secure my server AND forum once again, or is this just some type of glitch with that product?
