Forum Test Server - cant login - LOgin screen says thanks then goes back to blank login - tools.php sorta
 

Im setting up a test version of one of my sites to test an import before I do it live
Because I failed to change the URLs before I dumped the database Ive gone into the database and changed them using phpmyadmin

Admincp login sees me as admin welcomes me then dumps me back to login screen
tools.php sorta works
[Options Cache] goes to a 404 error
[Reset Cookie Domain] doesnt reset the domain
stuff like repair tables does work and I know Im connected to the test database because I added a table to the test DB

I think the issue is I need to clear the cache from the settings table - just cant since tools doesnt work
