disabling thread view count

I asked you before about How to not show thread view count in one forumdisplay... you said

Change:
$thread[views]
to
-

my friend did it.but my problem at present is we can see view count column but with one short horizontal line. sample:

I want not to be seen the view count column totally (just with replies)... can we do it?
