Thumbnail creation failed
 

I recently move my vB to a new server. I run imagemagik 6. I store the attachments in a file system folder.

This is the error I get: Thumbnail creation failed due to inability to obtain image size.

I get a similar error when I switch back to GD.

I have follow all the instructions to the letter in this thread: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=274137 and a few others. Including setting the upload tmp folder in my php.ini.

I have:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

I am at a loss.
