Disable all outgoing communication on test board
 

Since I'm copying a live board to a test board, I want to be sure that all outgoing communication is disabled on the test board. I don't want users being notified of replies to threads they were subscribed to, or notices that paid subscriptions are about to expire, etc.

How do I ensure that nothing is being sent? Or would I be better off deleting all users except myself?
