Email Activation comes with HTML tags
 

Well, I'm not sure if it has something to do with vBulletin but for any case I'd better ask.

when people register, they get a mail with HTML tags [for example: "To activate your account, go to <a href="http://url.com/">"], or something similar.


Why is it happen?
