thread voting and point system
 

Hi - want to know if its possible in VB to have a feature where every thread (not post) - has a button for vote up or vote down - and once thread reaches certain number of positive votes it becomes a hot thread or featured thread. also user who posted the thread originally gets 20 points for each of his thread which becomes a featured thread. user also gets points for other activities like registering, posting new threads, posting replies etc
