CMS Showing articles on main pagen the sampn
 

On the sample articles that came with the CMS they all show on the 'Latest Articles' main page but are also in the section that they were applied to.

When I add an article to a section it doesn't show on the main page just in the section I put it in

To make it show on the main page as well I have to give it a number in the content manager in the admincp. Is that the way it is supposed to work?

What about when my members post an article, does it just go in the section they put it in and not go on the main page unless I go in and give it a number?

Is there any other way to make it go in the section that one chooses and still show on the main page?
