Forum SSL and changing links to https
 

We recently added a SSL certificate to our site (vBulletin 4.1.11) and it is confirmed as installed and working. I'm just not sure how to convert the links of the forum from http to https to show it secure with a padlock. Ive changed the overall Forum URL in Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details and attempted a few other link changes to try for a padlock but only get partially encrypted nearly everywhere (except the entry pages of the admin control panel and a few other staff panels where we get the padlock).

Does anyone know of some additional things to try or even any other threads I missed (yes I searched first)?
